Terms of use
Acceptance
These terms govern your use of socket-nodehub.digital and any enrolment in Atlas Reader, Taxonomy Bench, Instrumentation Studio, Funnel Integrity Intensive, Warehouse-Ready Event Design, or a House Account (together, the “Programs”). By browsing the site, submitting a form, or accepting a seat confirmation from info@socket-nodehub.digital, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update counts as acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid Programs already confirmed in writing will not apply retroactively without your agreement.
Who we are
Socket Nodehub operates from Street: 297-299 Charoennakorn 10 Klongtonsai; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10600; Country: Thailand. Phone: 662 4393870. Email: info@socket-nodehub.digital. The site describes educational services. Published prices are informational only; this site does not process payments or complete checkout.
Enrolment and seat confirmation
A Program seat exists only when we send written confirmation (email is sufficient) stating the Program, dates, fee, and participant name. A form submission or enquiry is not a contract. We may refuse a seat if the Program is full, if the applicant lacks the stated prerequisites, or if we reasonably believe the Program would not serve them.
You must provide accurate contact details. You may not share a live Studio Seat with an unnamed colleague. Recordings, where included, are licensed to the named participant or to the purchasing organisation under a House Account, not for public redistribution.
Intellectual property
Lecture recordings, worksheets, dictionary templates, critique notes we author, and the Event Schema practice description are owned by Socket Nodehub or our licensors. We grant enrolled participants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials for their own professional work and internal training. You may not resell, publish, or run a competing course from our materials.
Tracking plans, event dictionaries, and app screenshots you bring to class remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to view them for teaching, to store redacted excerpts for critique, and to use fully anonymised examples in future teaching. We will not publish your brand name without permission.
The Socket Nodehub name, wordmark, and site design are ours. You may not imply certification or partnership unless we have agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or classroom: no scraping that degrades the service, no uploading malware, no sharing live session links with non-enrolled people, and no using class time to solicit unrelated services. We may remove someone from a live session if they disrupt critique or expose another student’s unredacted data.
Student work and confidentiality
Cohort critique is confidential. You must not copy another participant’s dictionary or discuss identifiable customer data outside the session. If you opt in a redacted excerpt, you confirm you have the right to share it. Synthetic identity examples are always acceptable.
Disclaimer of instructional results
Programs teach method. They do not guarantee a rise in conversion, a cleaner warehouse, or a vendor migration without engineering effort. Outcomes depend on your product, your implementation capacity, and decisions your organisation makes after class. Examples from Southeast Asian apps are illustrative, not promises about your market.
Liability
The site and Programs are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Socket Nodehub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or procurement of substitute training, arising from use of the site or Programs.
Our total liability arising out of a Program, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the tuition actually paid to us for that Program in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
Third-party services
Links to analytics vendors, warehouses, or image hosts are for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their terms or availability. Fonts may load from Google Fonts; images may load from Unsplash. Your use of those providers is subject to their policies.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility, timeframes, and non-refundable items are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms for paid Programs.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from the site or Programs are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect intellectual property or confidential critique materials.
Before filing a claim, please write to info@socket-nodehub.digital and allow fifteen working days for a written response. Many enrolment issues are resolved at the desk.
