Refund policy

Last updated 13 August 2026 · Tuition is invoiced off-site; this page states how refunds work once a fee has been paid.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to tuition actually paid to Socket Nodehub for a named Program (Atlas Reader, Taxonomy Bench, Instrumentation Studio, Funnel Integrity Intensive, Warehouse-Ready Event Design, or a House Account). Enquiries and form submissions create no payment and therefore no refund. Employer-paid seats are refunded to the paying organisation, not to the individual participant, unless the invoice was in the participant’s name.

Timeframe

Write to info@socket-nodehub.digital within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice payment date if you wish to cancel before materials or live sessions begin. After that window, the rules below for full, partial, or no refund apply based on how much of the Program has been delivered.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of tuition if: (a) you cancel in writing within fourteen days of payment and before any recording access or live session has started; or (b) we cancel or postpone a cohort and you decline the replacement dates we offer; or (c) we determine, before week two of Studio, that the Program was a clear mismatch with the prerequisites we published and we invited you to withdraw.

Partial refund

If you withdraw after Atlas or Bench access has been issued, we refund 50% of tuition if the request arrives within thirty days of first access and you have attended no more than one office hour (Bench) or streamed no more than three Atlas lectures (our access logs). For Instrumentation Studio, withdrawal after week one and before the start of week four is refunded at 40% of tuition. After week four begins, Studio tuition is not refunded except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise.

House Account retainers are refunded pro rata for unused whole quarters if cancelled with thirty days’ notice, minus any Studio seats already consumed at the published Studio fee.

Non-refundable items

The following are not refundable: travel or hotels arranged for Bangkok attendance; privately booked on-site days already delivered; third-party software or warehouse costs; replacement seats transferred at your request after week two; and administrative bank fees charged by your bank on the original payment if they cannot be recovered.

Refund process

Send a message to info@socket-nodehub.digital with subject “Refund request”, the Program name, invoice number or payment date, and whether the seat should be cancelled or transferred. We confirm receipt within two working days. If we need more information (for example employer approval on a company invoice), we will ask once in writing.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within fifteen (15) working days after we confirm eligibility. Banking rails may add several further days depending on your institution and whether the original payment was domestic Thai or international.

Refund method

We refund to the original payment method where the processor allows it. If that method is closed, we will agree an alternative bank transfer to the same legal entity that paid. We do not refund in cash at the Charoennakorn office.

Contact for refund requests

info@socket-nodehub.digital · 662 4393870 · Street: 297-299 Charoennakorn 10 Klongtonsai; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10600; Country: Thailand. Please do not send card numbers in email.

Cancellation by you or by us

You may cancel a confirmed seat by email. One date change per Studio Seat is usually allowed if requested at least ten days before the cohort starts and if the next cohort has capacity; the fee already paid is credited, not refunded, unless you instead ask for a refund under the rules above. If we cancel a session for instructor illness, we reschedule. If we cancel an entire cohort, you choose a full refund or a seat on a later date.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund where materials were systematically downloaded and redistributed, where a seat was shared in breach of the terms of use, or where the request is made after the Program has fully completed. We may offer a goodwill credit toward a future Program instead of cash where that better fits the situation (for example a last-minute work conflict after week four). Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws of Thailand.
